Once a test series or subscription has been purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage users to try our free demo tests before making a purchase to ensure our platform meets your needs.
3. Refund Policy
As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
- Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a test series but have not received access to it due to a technical failure on our end, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and provide access. If we are unable to provide access, a full refund will be issued.
